The LuK Tour de Life is an organized bicycle ride to benefit the Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk. This year's ride will take place Saturday June 28, 2008.

The ride begins and ends in Smithville, OH. Participants may choose from three routes that travel public backroads of rolling and scenic Wayne County. Route lengths are 15, 30 and 62 miles.

The cost for the ride is $20 for an individual and $30 for a family. Proceeds benefit the Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk.

Registration:
Preregister by downloading the registration form and returning it by mail along with payment. Or, register the morning of the event. Free t-shirts will be available for the first 100 preregistered participants.

Starting Location and Time:
The ride begins and ends at the Wayne County Schools Career Center, 518 W. Prospect Street, Smithville, OH. (see map). Participants must check-in and depart on the ride between 7am and 9am. Riders will receive a detailed map and cue sheet, roads will be marked with arrows on the pavement. Event held rain or shine.

Services:
Free refreshments will be available at the start for riders to take with them on the ride. There will be a rest stop with refreshments for each of the three routes. Sag service will be on call to transport bike and rider back to the start, riders are encouraged to take a cell phone.

Riders under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Helmets are required for all riders.
