The quality requirements of the Schaeffler Group to suppliers of production material have been aggregated in the ‘Quality Assurance Agreement with Production Material Suppliers’ (QAA) on the basis of international quality standards.
This QAA is a controlled document and subject to modifications. The valid version of the individual documents is available on our website.
Note:
As of February 1st, 2010 Schaeffler KG transferred almost all operative business to Schaeffler Technologies GmbH & Co. KG.
All rights and obligations as well as all contractual agreements resulting from existing relationships with our suppliers stay valid between our partners and the new legal entity as legal successor of Schaeffler KG. The ‘Quality Assurance Agreement with Production Material Suppliers’ was aligned to the new company name accordingly, but remains unchanged with regards to the content.
